Our founder, Kathie O'Donoghue, is a seasoned Business Owner with over 25 years of experience, is a level 7 (Masters) qualified Master Business Coach & Mentor and Coaching Supervisor. A Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management, a Member of the Association of Business Mentors, an Accredited Member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors and a Master Member of the EMCC.

Here at Mode Business Training, the focus is on business growth & strategy, leadership development, smart decision-making, and creative problem-solving, we love nothing more than sharing our experience, being an active sounding board and generally elevating clients and their business vision. Our clients include startup founders, corporate executives, coaches and mentors seeking supervision and training and organizations of all sizes.​ We aim to provide a unique approach that guides clients through the obstacles of running a business and teaches them how to handle future issues.
